The scapula is the nerve center next to the leg and you need to release the hips in all directions. The addition of a 1 kg dumbbell will help in the overall process, in fact, all the CIRCULAR movements must be very delicate and delicate and this is what the nerves like delicate movements You won't believe it, I discovered that brushing your teeth and gently shaking your head up will successfully release the neck

    I use Motus Nova @MotusNova to help my stroke wrist stay flexible and to help me increase my strength in my wrist. It's been very helpful to me. I Haven't really seen anything else out there like it

    ello, thank you very much. According to my understanding, the entire injured body is one unit. There is no separation. My method is circular movements thousands of times until the tension of the head, neck, arms, legs, and back is released, all circular movements thousands of times.
